You work hands-on from morning to finish on a minimum of three models, guided one-to-one. This is where muscle memory, speed and confidence are actually built — not in a classroom.

This is a practice day, not a theory course. Bring the manual and notes from your original training and check them as you work — revising the literature is in your hands.

OUR STANDARD, EVERY DAY
Why we create One-to-One Training
In 2017, I attended a one-day Botox course that cost me around £950. I remember leaving that course with a certificate in my hand, but without the confidence or practical experience I needed to actually start treating clients.
The class included people from completely different professional backgrounds, most of whom had never worked in the medical aesthetics industry, and the training moved very quickly. I practised on only around one and a half models, and although I completed the course, I still didn’t fully understand what I was doing or feel confident enough to practise independently.
So, I invested in two more courses. Each one helped me understand a little more, but I still felt that something was missing: supervised, hands-on practice. Eventually, I decided to complete Level 7/postgraduate-level training, where I finally had the opportunity to practise on several models throughout the course. It took me two and a half years of travelling back and forth from London to Grantham. That experience completely changed the way I viewed training.
I realised how much money I—and many of my colleagues—had spent collecting certificates while still searching for the practical confidence needed to work safely and independently.
During my time working as a nursing assistant, I also had the opportunity to consider progressing towards a nursing degree. Working within a hospital environment helped me appreciate that nursing and aesthetics are very different professional roles. Qualifications and theoretical knowledge are important, but in practical treatments, repeated supervised experience is equally important for developing technique, judgement and confidence. That is one of the reasons I created my one-to-one training. I want you to have the individual attention, time and practical support that I wished I had received at the beginning of my own journey. My background spans more than 20 years within the beauty and aesthetics industry, and I later expanded my studies into integrative and orthomolecular approaches to nutrition and supplementation. It was an 18-month postgraduate course abroad in Brazil, designed to deepen my understanding of IV therapy, IM injections, nutrition and compounded preparations, within a healthcare system where I would consider the approach to prevention to be one of the best in the world. We also teach nurses and doctors advanced medical PRP, blood test review and injectable nutrition. Classes can also be administered by our collaborating doctors, pharmacists or physicians. Good training should encourage you to understand the why, not simply memorise a procedure. What should you consider before preparing an IV infusion? Which vitamins and minerals may or may not be compatible? How do concentration, diluent choice and storage requirements vary between injectable products? Why can PRP centrifugation systems, protocols and collection tubes influence platelet concentration, treatment consistency and the number of treatments required? How much could a 1 mL vial of vitamin B12, on average, increase your B12 levels?
